SFZ 6300 CNC Pipe End Processing Center
Our SFZ 6300 NC pipe end processing center is a completely new product and was specifically designed to process aluminum flange pipes at Rottler. When developing this product, we focused on processing speed and process reliability in particular. With the SFZ 6300 NC, you work with rotating tools while the workpiece remains stationary. Two separate processing units, each featuring 2 main spindles and five position-controlled NC axes, simultaneously work at both ends of the pipe. Due to its sturdy design and the use of high-performance servomotors, the machine can process workpieces with the highest precision and time efficiency.
