DBR 700/2000Lathe For Processing Billets
Our Rottler DBR lathe was developed for processing round aluminum bars that are used as feedstock for aluminum extrusion presses. The DBR 700/2000 operates in a continuous process and in a fully automated fashion. It can also be integrated into an already existing production line. The overhead bed is one of the machine's special features. Also available: our DSR series for processing steel bars. When it came to developing these machines, our top priority was the surface and the cycle time / output. This is why this machine is fitted with up to four lathe tools.
