Rottler Maschinenbau GmbH was founded by Horst Rottler in Siegen-Gosenbach, Germany, in 1970. In the beginning, our machines were designed in-house and then manufactured by our partner companies.
In 1985, the subsidiary company A.M.A. Anlagen Maschinenbau Automation GmbH was founded in Mudersbach-Birken, Germany. This company is entirely owned by Rottler Maschinenbau GmbH. Since then, the company has had a 2,500 m² production facility and a 20-ton crane, as well as a 220 m² office building. Ever since then, the design, electrical engineering and assembly of our machines have all been taking place in one place.
In 1989, Ralph Rottler was the second generation to join the company. In 1990, a new branch was opened in Chemnitz. In 2001, the company purchased an additional 1,200 m² assembly facility, a 30-ton crane and a 10-tone crane. Our number of staff has been increasingly continuously to take on growing tasks.
Today, the Rottler group employs more than 50 people in construction, electrical engineering, and assembly work. In addition to that, we have seven apprentices in construction, “dual vocational training”, power plant electronics and industrial mechanics.
