Modernization

If we look at the continuously increasing demands on quality and the rationalisation involved, it is not enough to produce the existing machine tool ‘as good as new’. Changing the given parameters or retrofitting new subassemblies requires a constructive assessment and design. With such measures we often achieve a higher performance than we would achieve with new standard machines. When you look at our company as a whole you see why such measures are successful.

Meuselwitz lathe, geometrically reconditioned and modernized with a new Siemens control

Waldrich portal milling machine, geometrically reconditioned and modernized with a new Siemens control

Module profile/gear milling machine. Improvement of quality and modernized with a new Siemens control

Highest efficiency is achieved by the modification and by exchanging old subassemblies for new ones.

With such modernization measures we alter second hand machine tools to modern machining machines which allow also for the use of high-performance tools.

Modernization

With that service package we alter conventional second hand machine tools to modern machining machines with up-to-date performance parameters.

The machine frames, cast bodies, foundations, chip removal and the entire machine environment are maintained and reused to the greatest possible extent.

Compared to the investment in a new machine, the costs are reduced by the price for these components.

The production loss can be reduced considerably since all new components can be manufactured prior to disassembly.
